Lovely Norwegian Warmblood mare looking for a new home - Unfortunately we have to give away our mare Skadi. Skadi is half Norwegian - half warmblood. Her dam also lives with us and her sire is known. The 7-year-old, cheerful mare with a diagnosis of sesamoidosis is looking for a new home for life. Stick size approx. 1.50m. She has been with us since 2021 in schooling under advanced riders. Before that she was in professional riding for 6 months with regular video reports, these can be viewed if you are interested. Unfortunately, she can probably no longer be used for schooling and is therefore looking for a responsible horse person with expertise for leisure riding. She runs barehoof and has hoof boots for stony paths, which can also be purchased. Skadi knows ground work, riding arena and cross-country and trailer driving. Skadi fell ill this year with sesamoidosis (equinus lameness, front left) and is currently still undergoing treatment. The outcome after treatment is still uncertain. The vet report and x-rays are available on request. Not a box horse, used to 24/7 open stabling. As Skadi is very high-ranking, she would be happy with a confident rider with sufficient previous experience. She is a loyal soul and loves a few cuddles. In order to avoid overweight, she currently stands in the meadow with a feed brake and is regularly exercised at a walk. Accessories can also be purchased. Not for sale to dealers or schools. No emergency sale, only for sale with good accommodation.
Can be viewed by appointment, a test ride is currently only possible in walk due to the injury,
