Lusitano gelding - With a heavy heart this great gelding is looking for a new home.
Impi as he is called by me, is an 11 year old Lusitano gelding, he is about 160/161 tall.
He is an absolutely lovely guy, he is absolutely well behaved.
Impi has a character of gold impi is sensitive, at the beginning he needs time until he gets trust. As soon as he does, he will do anything for you.
Impi has been ridden and is absolutely well-behaved under the rider and is always with you (he has not been ridden for a long time as riding was never my priority).
Impi has 3 great gaits
Impi's weakness is mounting, he needs a lot of calm and patience. As soon as you are on top everything is okay again.
In the field he is a reliable horse in hand. He loves long walks
Impi is a very social horse. He is absolutely compatible.
He can also stand alone in a paddock or in the paddock.
He is absolutely well-behaved at the farrier (bar hoof), and he goes on the trailer like a pro.
He is fully vaccinated and has had his teeth done.
As impi is so sensitive he needs time and calmness which you have to give him, he finds hectic movements and pressure stupid, he never gets angry but he closes up.
Tractors, dogs and children are no problem for him
