She is a 14-year-old Hucul-Arabian cross mare. Her dam is Polan Panni, a Hucul, and her sire is a Hucul-Arabian cross. Her paternal grandfather is Hroby Bendeguz, also a Hucul. Baraka has been living with us since birth in a herd of 19 other horses in a large field. She is well-socialized and has had one foal. We recommend her for an experienced rider with a body weight of under 65 kg. She stands 148 cm at the shoulder, measured with a stick.
Due to her Arabian ancestry, she is a sensitive horse and fits the "one-owner" type.
She works nicely and calmly on the riding ground (fenced), but outside (in the forest), she is rather sensitive to her surroundings.
We have used her as a lead horse on trekking rides, and she has also participated in 3-4 day riding tours.
In a group, she can be ridden at the front or the back. Different obstacles, such as stream crossings, fallen trees, mud, and steep slopes, are not a problem for her.
Baraka pays attention to her rider and also knows basic groundwork.
We are located in Hungary (Bakony).
