F. Weischenberg dressage saddle - Hello everyone, I am offering a used Weischenberg dressage saddle for sale. I bought the saddle myself in this condition, put it briefly on my horse, realized that it doesn't fit and is far from being able to fit and then it went to the attic well packed. Now I'm tidying up, have got my hands on it again and would now like to sell it. The saddle is not sized. From the center of the saddle nail diagonally to the center of the cantle it is about 44.5 cm, the equivalent of 17.5 inches. I don't know what work has been carried out on the saddle in the past, nor can I look inside. Visually, it makes a good impression, the black leather is well cared for, no holes, cracks or rough marks apart from one in the left saddle flap, see picture. In my opinion, it has quite a lot of padding wool in it and the padding doesn't feel lumpy. The spinal canal is quite wide. The chamber should be medium. However, someone shortened the strings before I bought it. No idea why.... To make room I am selling it for a reasonable price as described above.
I am not giving it away for a trial due to previous bad experiences.
