Qubidu is a clever and kind gelding who likes to be worked in a variety of ways. He is currently being trained mainly in dressage. He was only broken in at the age of 4, so he is still unspent. Due to his age, he is still a little nervous on the cross-country, but always "goes through" with a confident rider. He needs a strong rider who can assert himself, preferably at license level. He tends to be the easy-going type, but as soon as he is motivated, he does everything well.
Therefore not intended as a beginner or children's riding horse. He is very social and sweet with dogs, other horses or ponies. He tolerates tractors, cars and trucks well, as long as they don't roar right next to him. We are currently practicing this and it is working better and better.
He also has experience in jumping up to approx. 90 cm, although he prefers cross-country jumps, even water is no problem.
He has sensitive heels, which is why we shoe him. He has always run well this way and we recommend continuing to do so, as he is very "sensitive" when barehoofed and wearing shoes. Teeth, hooves, vaccinations, worming and acupuncture treatments were carried out regularly.
