The saddle is old, but was always renewed in parts. The seat, for example, has been renewed with wonderfully grippy but comfortable leather. In addition, the spinal canal has been widened to make it comfortable for the horse. The saddle was freshly padded (of course also nice and soft) and then only used for about 2 months. Only two decorative buttons are missing and the leather is cracked on the underside. Here it needs regular care. This was unfortunately neglected by the previous owner, but has never bothered me.
I had the saddle both for my mare as a high-spirited young horse and now for my gelding for breaking in. Unfortunately, it has become very wide and outgrown far too quickly. For breaking in and working with a young horse, it is simply brilliant. The saddle is ideal for narrow-breasted (young) horses.
