Open stable with paddock trail has space for 1-2 more horses/ponies - There is room for 2 more ponies/horses in our open stable with paddock trail
- 1.8 hectares for max. 5 horses, currently 3 mares
- Fixed stable building with bedding and an emergency/integration box
- Self-catering: The work on the fields/areas, mucking out and feeding the herd is done equally by everyone
- Location Verl/Sende, near Schloß Holte
- Lighted riding arena, lighted round pen
- Terrain: Holter Forest
- Hay is fed 3 times a day from nets in 5 racks ... an automated hay rack is being planned
- Meadow by the hour in summer
We cannot provide meadow and hay 24/7 due to light-feeding horses.
Price: 280€
The above price is an advance payment per horse/month. At the end of the year, the actual running costs will be charged (hay, bedding, rent, manure disposal, electricity, insurance, etc.). The difference will be refunded/paid in arrears.
