Passier dressage saddle 17.5" - I am selling my very well used dressage saddle due to a new purchase.
The saddle can be sent for a trial against deposit of the purchase price and payment of the shipping costs.
As the new EU-DIRECTIVE now provides for a 1-year warranty for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty for my privately sold items within the meaning of the EU directive. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive the guarantee / warranty. There is no right of withdrawal or return for new or used items purchased from me (§312dAbs.4Nr.5BGB).
The sale takes place under exclusion of any liability for material defects.
