Shire Horse Gelding Butler - Thank you for your interest in our Shire Horse gelding Butler, born 2017.
He is extremely well behaved, people oriented and cuddly, he also has a calm, even temperament. He enjoys spending time with his people and is happy to receive any attention. He is always eager to do everything right and has not shown any naughtiness in any situation so far.
Butler has undergone composure training. However, due to time constraints, his training was almost 1 year ago, so this is where we should start again with the basics.
Currently, Butler lives in a stallion/gelding herd with conspecifics of any age and so far has been absolutely social, not ranking. He is also familiar with stall confinement, although we could easily imagine a loose/open stall or paddock stall for him. In any case, we would like a place for Butler with lots of contact with new horse friends.
Butler will of course be vaccinated and dewormed regularly. Also the hoof treatment takes place of course every few weeks whereby he always shows himself cooperative here. He runs barefoot and gets along with it so far very well.

Our animals are only given to the best hands and age-appropriate homes, so it is important to us to take enough time for interested parties.
Since we also raise bottle foals which demand their meals every hour (even at night), we ask for your understanding if the response to inquiries can sometimes take a few (few) days.
