The waterproof and breathable softshell material prevents the horse from getting wet during summer showers or freezing when temperatures drop overnight. New points at the withers offer improved freedom at the neck and withers and help to prevent pressure points and chafing. Polyester mesh on the sides ensure maximum breathability and air circulation to protect your horse from overheating on hotter days. Elastic cross surcingles provide an improved fit with a lightweight, crossed front closure to take pressure off the shoulders and chest area. Soft polyester on the mane, tail and shoulders provides comfort and the removable fleece lining on the detachable neck section provides extra warmth. The rug is also equipped with a removable 100g liner to keep the upper back and especially the sensitive kidney area warm.
